Bozen/Bolzano – Meran/Merano railway line

On Sunday 13 October 2024, the Bozen/Bolzano <-> Meran/Merano railway line will be partially closed from 9:00 to 15:00 for routine maintenance work by the infrastructure manager RFI.  

Replacement bus service

During the hours of the temporary railway line disruption, the route will be served by the following replacement buses, which will run at the same time:

• The "Express Bus", which runs on the MeBo in both directions, connects Bozen/Bolzano station (platform A, Garibaldistraße/via Garibaldi) with Meran/Merano station (platform Z). The bus does not stop along the route.
• The B200 bus on the regular Bozen/Bolzano – Meran/Merano line will serve all the stops along the railway line. The Bozen Süd/Bolzano Sud and Bozen Kaiserau/Bolzano Casanova stops will not be served by the replacement buses. In Siebeneich/Settequerce the buses will stop at the school, in Gargazzone/Gargazon the bus will stop in the centre of the village.

The bus line 201 Bozen/Bolzano – Meran/Merano offers travellers an additional connection alternative.

Bike transport: not allowed on replacement buses.
