Once again, take the opportunity to have a look at next year's bus timetable and get personally involved in its improvement by sharing your suggestions and remarks.
Every minute counts, especially for frequent travellers, commuters, schoolchildren and students. That is why we would like to ask you if you have noticed any changes, however small, to your service that could be problematic. Are the calculated journey times too tight? Do you think that connections are not well-timed?
Until 4 June, you can get involved by sending an email to 2025@altoadigemobilita.info.
What is the purpose of the Call to Action?
- Establish a direct and transparent channel of communication with users to facilitate the flow of information and communicate changes for the coming year in advance.
- Address any shortcomings and implement services for citizens.
Why take an active part?
The process of drawing up timetables with the direct participation of the public is a fundamental tool for the implementation of public transport services. Promoted at European level and welcomed in South Tyrol by the provincial government, the Call to Action generates an annual exchange of e-mails with suggestions and feedback useful for the management and improvement of the transport service.
Train timetables
The Fortezza/Franzensfeste - Brunico/Bruneck railway line is excluded from the 2025 timetable procedure. Changes will be made to the train timetable in Eastern Pusteria/Pustertal valley: journey times will be delayed by 15 minutes and the bus timetable will be affected accordingly.
Changes to train schedules generally take longer. This is due to the detailed and long-term coordination with the railway infrastructure manager.
