Almost 1600 Südtirol Pass holders and other subscription customers have so far applied for a contribution towards their travel expenses – and most have already received theirs.
The test of time had shown: This state-sponsored relief package works. And it’s thanks to the efforts of the südtirolmobil team that passengers all over South Tyrol can access the payment in a convenient and entirely unbureaucratic way.
Some 1300 subscription-ticket holders have in the last few days received between EUR 20 and 60 credited to their südtirolmobil account. Most are Südtirol Pass or Euregio Family Pass holders – but credit has also been paid out to just over 400 abo+ and a handful of 65+ subscription holders. After due examination, some applications could not be considered – in most cases due to technical and data-related reasons.
How it works
- Südtirol Pass on a post-paid contract using SEPA Direct Debit: The payment will be added to your user account in the form of credit towards your balance.
- Südtirol Pass on a pre-paid contract: The payment will be credited directly to your ticket.
- Südtirol Pass abo+ and 65+: The payment will be credited to your user account and go towards your next annual fee.
To find out whether you’re already received your “transport bonus”, go to "Verträge" (Contracts) > "Bewegungen" (Movements) in your user account.
Application process open until the end of the year
Eligible südtirolmobil users can apply for the payment through the portal www.bonustrasporti.lavoro.gov.it until 31 December 2022 using their SPID digital access key or Electronic Identity Card (CIE). Bonus payments can only be used to pay for public transport subscriptions and cannot be credited to individual bank accounts.
