Simple rules = worry-free journeys
In the best interest of everyone involved, it is the shared responsibility of all passengers to help ensure that public transport services operate smoothly and that all journeys can be made safely, in an orderly manner and without any impairment. Service disruption or interruption: If a passenger's behaviour compromises the safety and proper functioning of the service or the integrity of other passengers, any staff member is entitled to, without being challenged and at their own discretion, withdraw and confiscate that passenger's ticket including any personalised tickets and, in the manner provided for by the law and if the passenger is 18 or over, refuse to continue transporting them.
Failure to show ticket, ticket not valid or not properly validated: A fine will be issued ranging between 90 and 180 EUR in addition to the price of a single ticket. This amount is reduced to the minimum penalty if the passenger pays immediately or within five days of receiving the notice.
